- Second offline consultation to further assess the space, design style, requirements, and budget
- Confirm service availability, reach cooperation intention, and pay a deposit
- Schedule an on-site measurement visit

Design Stage
- Meet with our design team to discuss and confirm design needs and proposals
- Sign the design service contract and pay the initial design service fee
- The design team customizes concept mood boards based on your requirements
- After the concept mood boards are approved, the design team develops detailed design plans, hard and soft furnishing schemes, and design renderings

Construction Stage
- The design team customizes and confirms construction drawings and material lists with you.
- The professional construction team mobilizes to the site and begins construction.
- The design team conducts site inspections, maintains close communication with the construction team according to the construction schedule, and provides technical clarification and Q&A for the drawings.
- The design team reports and communicates the construction progress with you to ensure orderly execution.
- The design team recommends and assists in the selection of main materials, ensuring alignment with the design vision, and coordinates technical details with suppliers.
- Pay the second installment of the design service fee.

Soft Furnishing Installation and Project Completio
- Confirm the soft furnishing scheme and procurement list with the design team, and assist in purchasing soft furnishing products.
- Soft furnishing styling: the soft furnishing design team provides on-site guidance to ensure a perfect final result.
- After the soft furnishing styling is completed, a photographer will be arranged to capture your new home/space.
- Project closing.
