Job Responsibilities
1. Optimization and finalization of product process flows; follow-up on new product introductions, and determination of process conditions.
2. Preparation of process documentation for products, establishment of material consumption quotas, and the design, validation, and improvement of tooling and fixtures; process layout design for the company and laboratory, etc.
3. Responsible for the joint sign-off of new product drawings and the design of processes and tooling for new product trial runs; improvement of trial run reports and relevant process documentation.
4. Research and validation of new processes and new technologies.
5. Drafting of process proposals for R&D projects, and preparation of process documentation based on the process proposal.
Job Requirements
1. Master's degree or above in a science or engineering related field, with over 1 year of relevant work experience in process management.
2. Some work experience in the computer, electronics, or optics industry.
3. Proficient in lean production, able to flexibly apply and drive improvements in production processes.
4. Willing to undertake certain production assembly tasks.
5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and conscientious.
6. Strong ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, and adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a startup company.
